The most important thing to note about this apartment is the presence of a 24/7 Safeway next door. For me, and many like me, this is a huge perk - grocery shopping is fast and easy. For some, however, the noise and light associated with this store may be a constant nuisance. I can hardly say enough good things about this apartment, the complex, and the management. property. The mail gets delivered, and the community spaces are clean. Parking is never an issue. The apartment doesn't have a pool or a real gym per se, but there is a secure bike room, which is a major plus, considering how bike friendly the neighborhood is. Somewhat removed from the metro, the apartment rests in the Maywood neighborhood, which is leafy and suburban. There is a YMCA about a mile from here for those who want a gym or pool. Clarendon is about 1.3 mile walk or bike from here, and Rosslyn is a 10-minute bus ride from the stop across the street. The community manager is responsive and active to tenant issues. I don't see any other members of management, ever. The building is wired for Comcast internet and cable only.
