The most important thing to note about this apartment is the presence of a 24/7 Safeway next door. For me, and many like me, this is a huge perk - grocery shopping is fast and easy. For some, however, the noise and light associated with this store may be a constant nuisance.

The apartment doesn't have a pool or a real gym per se, but there is a secure bike room, which is a major plus, considering how bike friendly the neighborhood is.
Somewhat removed from the metro, the apartment rests in the Maywood neighborhood, which is leafy and suburban. There is a YMCA about a mile from here for those who want a gym or pool. Clarendon is about 1.3 mile walk or bike from here, and Rosslyn is a 10-minute bus ride from the stop across the street.
The community manager is responsive and active to tenant issues. I don't see any other members of management, ever. The building is wired for Comcast internet and cable only.
