June 9, 2025ANTS!!! Just moved in a week ago and as I was moving stuff in I noticed ants all over the pantry, kitchen, dining area. Now a couple of them wouldn’t have bothered me but it was way too many. It’s so hard especially having a baby here thats not even 2 yet! They’ve gotten all in his toy box that has all of his toys. I still have yet to put any food out, I can’t use the pantry at all, I can’t go grocery shopping as I need to. I was told somebody would come but that hasn’t happened. On top of that, ...it rained and the water came into the apartment and luckily I was home because I had a puddle of water on my living room floor. Again, I was told somebody would come handle it but NEVER came and I've been home all week. You can tell the floor has had water damage before as well. I wasn’t able to view the unit until the day I moved in, I’ve trusted them to do right, BIG mistake. The amount of inconvenience this has caused me already is ridiculous…. This is horrible! Used to be better
June 5, 2022This used to be a good place to live. We'll maintained and helpful staff. Recently that's not the case. There are many dead plants and hedges...nothing is done about replacing them. The lawns are not clean. Some residents have left dog poops around in the lawns and so far the staff have not done anything about it. It looks unkempt and dirty...It's sad.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2021I toured here recently and I am just amazed at the service I received just for touring! They didn't have any apartments available for when I am needing to move and they were pricier than I wanted to pay but just the service I received and the way the manager (I think) was handling a disgruntled resident while I was there, I am just blown away. These people must have a degree in customer service. The maintenance guy that walked in was dressed in a polo and I only knew he was maintenance because he ...asked another employee about a work order and the tools, he had with him.
