Built so that there are apartments facing north, south, east and west, you certainly can find your favorite. There are one, two, and three bedrooms available. We chose Elm, facing east looking out on McDowell preserve. The east light gives us a bright outlook.

However, being a 55 community, the choice of a refrigerator with the freezer on top is not good. The fridge is accessed much more often than the freezer is accessed, so having to stoop down every time you want to get something out of the fridge is not good or convenient.

Going on five months without a reliable freezer (fluctuates up to 18 degrees for hours thawing frozen food to then refreeze) and microwave (not heating properly/door error when door shut). Appliance issues keep getting dismissed by building mgr/maintenance despite repeated requests to get to root cause. I had to bring in my own mini. (Not stress free living if you have bldg / appliance issues)
