McDowell Point is a wonderful apartment building. Built so that there are apartments facing north, south, east and west, you certainly can find your favorite. There are one, two, and three bedrooms available. We chose Elm, facing east looking out on McDowell preserve. The east light gives us a bright outlook.

The apartment is equipped with new and well working appliances. I liked the gas stove. However, being a 55 community, the choice of a refrigerator with the freezer on top is not good. The fridge is accessed much more often than the freezer is accessed, so having to stoop down every time you want to get something out of the fridge is not good or convenient.
