Terrible experience
May 28, 2025I’ve been living over here since 2019. This place has become a nightmare. About two years ago (2022) my ex’s car was invaded by rats that built a nest under his hood and destroyed a ton of wires. Well in April 2025, my car wouldn’t start. Lo and behold I pop the hood to my 2023 vehicle and there is a rat nest and they tore up all my wires in my car. So I had to get my vehicle towed and get a rental due to this and my car was in the shop. I reached out to “new management”, this is like the 6TH new ...managers by the way, and of course they denied that it was the property (despite the big construction site behind the apartments that has been there for the past couple of YEARS where they tore down a bunch of trees and the filthy grounds of the complex) and they took measures. This incident happened in April, they “supposedly” sprayed in the middle of May and hadn’t “seen any rodent activity since spraying” (managers words). Before they cleaned up, the pool had been disgusting for months, there was trash on the sidewalks and in the walk through areas, the dog parks were disgustingly dirty. I sent pictures and was told they would look into it and get back to me. It has been over about a month since I brought this to their attention and no one has gotten back to me. Not to mention this issue was sent to their legal team, I’m guessing to make sure that if they did tell me NO to any resolve, I can’t sue their butts! If you are thinking about moving to this place, I hope you never run into any issues. These people will not resolve it because they are greedy and couldn’t care less if you are happy with the way things are handled. There have been a ton of other incidents on top of this one, including where there was a water leak in my ceiling from the neighbors on the 3rd floor and the crack in my ceiling has yet to be repaired, the leak happened in March. I have asked to break my lease and they told me not without penalty. I resigned in February and this happened in April!! I will not be resigning here in the future. They have lost a long time resident.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2024I’ve been here about 4 years now and I still like it. Management has changed a few times, but I guess that’s normal. People aren’t very good about cleaning after their animals, so that is not pleasant. Overall I’m still here… just as long as my rent doesn’t go up again..Review from Apartments.com

December 27, 2023These apartments are very sweet. The common areas of the apartments deserve more cleaning, but people should be more careful. The gym has open 24/24 and 7/7 day. The team is adorable, very available and ready to help You. The apartments are very well located next to all amenities. But the negative points is the common room that deserves to be open on demand all the time. And the little gates are still open, The residence should not be constantly open, we should need a card. December 3, 2023Honestly disappointed in the management here. They are not very pro-active, even with the manager living here. It took almost a year to get the gym equipment and gate to work. They need to work on communication skills, letting residents know about what’s going on and the timeline of projects. Also, when asked to be notified prior to entry into my apartment, they never do.Review from Apartments.com

November 16, 2023It was absolutely one of the Best apartments that I've lived in, but it's becoming unsafe and has gone from peaceful and quiet to noisy and not well manicured trash in the parking lot dog poop on the sidewalk. We use to have pest control coming once every other month to spray for bugs we've had it done once in the past year. November 16, 2023So far I’ve lived here since August and I haven’t had any issues really. The staff is nice and helpful when you have questions and the events have been fun for everyone. I love that the bedrooms are so big, bigger than any apartment complex bedroom I’ve seen since looking to relocate to Little Rock and it’s very centrally located so you’re close to everything that you need.Review from Apartments.com
