If you're considering McKinney Park Apartments, my advice is a resident is don't. I've never gotten a good night's sleep because the walls are paper thin and there is no noise cancellation with music blaring in the middle of the night and inconsiderate neighbors. If that's not enough they will complain every time you use the amenities (for a while it was constantly hearing about different new updated rules for the gym, and most recently it's been the trash service) the pool is small and has a ...
wasp issue and the playgrounds are covered in not picked up dog poo. Also for a place with such a miserable landscape, there is always someone with a lawnmower or a leaf blower outside. The office staff is kind and professional, though they can't help with any of the major concerns.

An older apartment complex, recently painted, it lacks concerned residents that care about cleanliness. There is often trash around, not in, the dumpsters. Often there is old furniture just piled up near the dumpsters and there seems to be litter blowing around everywhere. The pool is very small for this size complex and is often closed during the summer months because it is not clean enough. Over all this complex is just Fair, although the rent is probably a little less then most apartment ...
