Not the best but not the worst
July 15, 2018Laundry facilities are old, outdated, and broken. Pool is broken and management states that they are going to fix but has been broken since May. Security gate is broken. Maintenance is excellent and the grounds are quiet.Review from Apartments.com

February 1, 2018Lived there for 9 years while working in Wharton. Went from studio, to the 1 b/r, to a 2 bedroom that flooded every 6 mths. from backed up sewage. Would still be there if not for the (previous) owners and mgmt. What a shame! Am trying to return, hear there are new owners different mgmt. in place.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2018Thank you for your review. Yes, there are new owners and management. I myself began here 2/5/18, I am sorry I missed you. We would love to have you come back and see the changes we have and are making. The property is getting a face lift. We are all excited. So far new roofs were installed, rotted wood replaced, iron railings repaired, sidewalk trip hazards ground down, fencing repaired and outdoor lighting was upgraded. Future projects that are still in the works include resurfacing of the pool, a new paint job for the buildings and updated landscaping. Inside our apartments we have added vinyl plank flooring, built in microwaves, ceiling fans and track lighting as well as resurfacing the cabinets, sink basins and countertops. Just right...
January 10, 2018I moved to this city for work and found this great community. Its gated and very quiet at night. Any time we have a issues management sends maintenance immediately over and takes care of the issue. Last management was rude and horrible and the new owners are showing how much they care for their residents. We had some flood damage to our flooring and walls from hurricane Harvey and nothing was ever done. New management came in and moved me immediately to repair my unit. Lights work now around the ...building, pot holes sealed up, and the broken fence repaired immediately during take over. Thanks Meadow Chase for showing you care.Property Manager Responded
