The Apartment Manager is very professional and if something needs fixing, she is fast about getting it done! The building i live in is quiet and it’s a good thing considering i have children.

These apartments is not worth staying. The office manager don't care about nothing.its like living in a sewage here. Its molded out here and all. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE APARTMENTS. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS

I just moved here in august and it is now the end of september . The refrigerator , stove, and bathtub could use some updating . First off, before i moved in, i noticed i didnt have a rack in my freezer so i notified the manager . Almost two months later and i havent heard anything abt it . The fridge also leaks alot of water on the inside so i put my food in the door or the freezer . The fixtures on the stove almost look rotten like theyve never been replaced and my stove has a shortage so i ...
have to adjust the stove top often . Moving on to the bathroom, i guess they tried to paint over the tub before i moved here without using a top coat so the paint peels and the tub is multicolored . I have only taken showers since ive been here and i havent invited any guests to stay the night . On a good note , for the price, the air works great and the balcony is nice . I stay in a one bedroom by the way . The managers are nice and try to help but 80% of the profit here should be used for renovation. Low income apartments are in a better condition than these . If you cant afford anywhere else, j would come here.

Fast approval=fast money! The apartment manager only wants money! She doesn't have anything fixed on time and gets an attitude when she is constantly told about the situation! The neighborhood is overall good and quiet! She gets the apartments fixed up only if she knows you.. Like her daughter stays out there and im pretty sure she's not having any problems! I will not recommend anyone to stay here UNLESS you can fix your own things OR the complex is under NEW AND BETTER MANAGEMENT! She seems ...

The community I stay in is a work in progress. Many people have left because of the crime rate, but I decided to stay because I believe that South Jackson has a future. As far as the apartments I stay in; their pleasant, the manager is attentive to the property, and the area is gated. The women in my building get together and discuss safety and health issues. My apartment has pool as well as a walking trail and a baseball field across the street from the apartments. For the youth and teenagers ...
