Good overall
August 28, 2015I moved into this complex about 4 months ago and so far everything is great. The only downside to this complex is there is no visitor parking spaces. If you have guests over, they have to park up the hill (2 minute walk). No problem walking down that hill but walking up is a little heart kicker. The complex is always clean, the pool is cleaned regularly, diverse, and quiet. I am happy with my decision of moving in here. Meadow Creek Apartments
August 3, 2015My wife and I have lived in these apartments for about 6 years now, and can easily say that we are happy with our living situation. We are located in a prime position in North County; 15 minutes from the nearest beach, and even closer to a wide variety of shopping centers. These two conveniences more than justify the price we pay for our rent. My wife and I have a one bedroom unit; it has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a storage closet. For the two of us, this unit is the ...perfect size; we have enough room for all of our stuff without feeling too cluttered. The apartment complex itself is run and maintained very professionally; the maintenance crew in particular does a very good job of keeping the apartments running correctly, and they never once have complained about having to come and help over the years. The office staff are all very friendly and professional as well. The complex has a nice sized pool and hot tub that are maintained regularly, as well as community grills and laundry rooms spread out throughout the complex. The only negative things I have to say about this complex are: the lack of guest parking (most visitors have to park on the curb at the top of the street), and the on-site gym (all of the equipment is old and not very well maintained).
