Worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at
July 2, 2018This place was an absolute nightmare to live at. Most of the people living here weren't even students. The entire place is infested with roaches and rodents and the grounds were never kept clean. The apartments were so old mine was falling apart and the carpet would peal and rip when you vacuumed and it ruined my vacuum. There were so many roaches they I lost hundreds of dollars in food and my furniture was ruined by the rodents. Many times I went to complain, but nothing was done and I was ...ignored. The people in the office are clueless and nothing ever gets done, or if it does it's never in a timely manner. They frequently lose paperwork as they cancelled my lease "by mistake" and I was almost moved out forcefully for their mistake. Do yourself a favor and stay away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible.... Just terrible
January 8, 2018I've been moved twice due to management incompetence. I've been placed with smokers when I specifically asked not to be. The first roommates snuck their dog in and it pissed/pooped everywhere, tore up the carpet. They also smoked from 11pm-4am and I woke up unable to breathe. The next set of roommates also smoked but this time they left dirty dishes(for weeks) and mildewy clothes in the washer. Please don't live here, save your money for a MUCH BETTER apartment. The new management will charge for ...new bedding that is SUPPOSED to be given to you when you first move in, keys and locks that don't match, overages that can't exist. The new lady are old and bitter, one of them smokes too! How are you supposed to have a No Smoking policy but you, as management, smokes?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Resident for 3 years
June 23, 2017It's a pretty good apartment. The staff is laid back and are young college students. Apartment is pretty quiet. You do have to stay on them about any maintenance issues which is why I only gave them 3 stars. Other than that, I would recommend any college student to live here.Review from Apartments.com
