Don't Move Here - You will Definitely Regret It!
July 31, 2022They only care about collecting the rent. We have gone several times in one month span WITHOUT HOT WATER, which is very unsanitary. This happens EVERY SUMMER for the last two years I've been living here. I am definitely looking for a more decent place to live. Their maintenance people are very unqualified to make repairs. Once, I had a gas issue and called Nipsco. They told me I was really lucky that an explosion did not happen. Definitely Not Worth It.
July 23, 2019I been here 2yrs..... I regret moving here. It was so nice at first. But shortly after I moved in things started to mess up. Apartments needs to be updated. Any maintenance request takes them forever to come out and fix. You have to call multiple times. They don’t return your calls. Sometimes they don’t even answer the phone. They don’t clean the hallways. Carpet needs to be replace in the hallways as well. Laundry area needs improvement too. Parking lots has non running cars sitting around ...taking up parking spaces. Pot holes everywhere. They don’t replace blinds or carpet in the apartment yearly. You have to renew your lease first and they will either replace your blinds or carpet not both. Just overall not worth the stay. If you need something quick definitely the place to come. But if you are Particular on certain things please DO NOT COME HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
