We just moved to Oregon from California and had to find a apartment through website info and phone calls. The Mill Street Apartments through Bright Apartments caught our eye because of the park across the street and the neighborhood seems nice. The website also told us the apartment had new windows and hard wood floors.
This was all very true! The park is nice and the immediate neighborhood is great. We have had our patio set outside, no worries about it gotten stolen. I even left my keys in ...
my car with it UNLOCKED over night just to find it there in the morning. Bad mistake, good outcome.
Here are the downsides: the unit is very tiny. We have the two bedroom, one bath and there's not much space. No dishwasher and the cabinets in the bath and kitchen are old and stained. The two laundry units on for this large complex have two washers and two dryers each, so most of the time someone is doing laundry. It's a little rough. Not bad for the price though.
