There are so many good things about this apartment and one is the people. Kristen and Ion are amazing. When you need something, they are always there to help you out and get things done. Also it is a walking distance to the market and restaurants which makes the life so convenient. Also the apartment is well maintained with the pool and court area so you can always enjoy the sports outside.
If we ever comeback to Davis, with no doubt we will stay again here at Meadow Ridge.

We have lived in Davis for 10 years and Meadow Ridge was by far our favorite place to live. Since this apartment complex is about a 30-minute bus ride to campus, Meadow Ridge is more geared towards families and working professionals, which was ideal for us. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the Nugget Marketplace and the best sushi restaurant in town, Huku Japanese Bistro. The staff are wonderful and responds timely to any maintenance issues. Ion is very knowledgeable and works hard to fix everything onsite, from a leaky pipe to a broken washer. The office manager, Kristen, is always friendly and helpful when we had questions/concerns and made sure to keep an open line of communication.
We first lived in a 1x1 and then upgraded to a 2x1, and we always loved how spacious all the rooms were. It's also amazing that a good washer and dryer is included in unit - that's rare amongst Davis apartments!
If we didn't buy a house, we would have been happy to stay at Meadow Ridge. We recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

I’ve lived at Meadow Ridge apartments for 2 years now and I’ve been incredibly happy. It’s quiet, well maintained, and close to the Nugget shopping center. There’s always plenty of parking.
The maintenance man, Ion, has been amazing. If I put in a work order, he promptly arrives to fix it without issue. He installed a brand new sink with some upgrades (dual spray mode with hose) for us today due to a mild leak. He exceeded my expectations and I love my new sink. Thank you!

I have been here for over two years now and this is the best complex I have lived in my 6 years in Davis. The maintenance person (Ion) is super friendly and really knows his craft! He is also super attentive to detail in his work and really makes life easier for the tenants here.

This property is so beautiful. Fruit trees. A fountain. A pool and a hot tub! Kristen, the manager, is one of the best people on this planet. I moved here in February. Both management and the maintenance staff have been a pleasure to deal with. Kristen (Community Director) is very communicative and keeps everyone up-to-date on what’s happening in and around the community. Ion (maintenance staff) is amazing. He is very responsive to requests and does everything he can to make sure the tenants are happy, and he is personable and prompt. Sidenote, you cannot beat the location – being able to walk to the Nugget market is amazing!

We moved to Davis from LA in 2020 and Meadow Ridge was a wonderful place for us to start a new chapter in our lives. Kristen is one of the nicest, most accommodating managers I have ever worked with. The pool, basketball, and common areas are always clean and in working order. They are located walking distance from awesome restaurants and a grocery store. Right next to the highway as well. I recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

Used to be better. Homeless ride around unchallenged. Handyman and manager do the minimum needed to keep their jobs. Phone messages and emails are rarely acknowledged. Litter, even in prominent places, doesn't get picked up for days. Dead squirrel at entrance has been there for a month, baking in the sun.
Still a nice and convenient location.
