We just got a new maintenance supervisor Francisco at our complex and we have noticed that the grounds are being cleaned everyday, I use to see trash everyday. I love that he cares about having the outside clean. Very genuine guy.

I have kids and as far it being a family environment it is very good. Alot of children live here and go to the same school. It con is the location surrounded by cows and a dairy farm. It smells awful

This complex is very nice to live in whether you have children or not. It's a quiet safe neighborhood. Neighbors are very respectful. The apartments come with your very own washer and dryer on your balcony, refrigerator,dishwasher and stove. They also offer a after school program one day a week to help children with homework

Poor ground crew up keep!
July 15, 2013
Lived here for over two years. The complex has lost it's beauty. The grounds are not kept up. Trash everywhere even on roofs. Lost all are ground cover, plants flowers etc. Hallways are always dirty. Low maintenance crew and management doesn't seem to care. Lease office is kept up beautifully. If looking to rent that's the place to be. Hope corporate office does something about these issues.
