Meadowood Apartments
September 19, 2017Good place and good price. Staff is always pleasant and helpful if I had any issues. Location of apartments is one of things I love. Having a mall across the street with bus transportation to get around Reno makes a great place to live. I have been here a year now and happy. Apartments have some problems with nabor noise sometimes but that's all part of Apartment Living. People come and go. Would recommend. Thanks Meadowood staff. Great so far
August 5, 2017I moved in about 4 months ago and everything has been great. I have large dogs that normally make it hard to find a rental but Meadow Wood has no breed/weight restrictions (and they only charge "pet rent" by unit, not by number of pets). The complex has lots of grass and paths so its easy to walk my dogs, I take different routes through the complex and never have to go out onto the street to deal with random people or cars. My unit is recently updated and in excellent condition. I had an issue ...with my A/C but the office staff was very helpful and got someone out to repair it ASAP. The complex is well maintained and kept tidy, management doesn't put up with people letting the exterior look trashy. FYI, most people in this complex have dogs so if you are not a dog person or have minimal tolerance for barking (because it happens) you should go somewhere else. None of the barking is constant/excessive, but there are a lot of dogs in a relatively small vicinity. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. Love my apartment
August 3, 2015Beautiful and mature landscaping make my walks with my dog enjoyable. Quiet complex considering this is the only property available offering a truly pet friendly environment with no breed restrictions. Every renter is very considerate with their pets! A good place to live
August 3, 2015I've lived here since 2006 and we went from a one bedroom to two, then a two bedroom townhouse. The property is usually quiet and peaceful. Having the bus center across the street at the mall is great for someone who doesn't drive. The management is good and maintenance responds quickly. The clubhouse is nice and offers free coffee and snacks and has free internet. The pools are kept clean and the gym is well equiped.Review from Apartments.com
Cockroaches
August 16, 2014The location is good. Walking distance to TMCC, Wholefood, shopping malls,Office Max and many more. Garage dumpster full all the time, flies everywhere. Cockroaches running inside apartment. I moved in only 6 months, killed more than 30. I purchased at least six cans of Raid and still cannot kill them. I can't even turn off the lights to sleep at night. Cockroaches running in bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. Even go inside my computer.
