BLACK MOLD/MICE
May 8, 2023FALSE ADVERTISING ONLINE. THEY ONLY SHOW YOU THE BRAND NEW AND "IMPROVED" APARTMENTS. DISGUSTING apartments, how the city has not came in and shut these down is RIDICULOUS. They have actual children, families, elderly people, singles living in such a disgusting place. SO MUCH BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE.Not only are you paying for yourself to live here but also the little critters inside ALL THE WALLS. EVERYWHERE. Maintenance NEVER comes and fixes what they need to because they're so "busy" but what ...are they busy on when half of these complexes look like crap? CONSTANT WATER DAMAGE, leaks, never can have hot water, pipes bursting. CEILINGS FALLING ON PEOPLE IN THE SHOWER only for maintenance to put a wooden plank over the hole. Any type of complaints can't be taken seriously. ugh just overall disgusted on how "management" is running these complexes. My mom and her boyfriend had to move out of here ASAP due to her getting soooo sick from all the black mold in here and the constant mouse infestation.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Look Somewhere else!!
July 23, 2018The Meadows of Xenia is an apartment complex where mainly college students from Central State University or Wilberforce University stay when they decide to move off campus. It’s definitely a starter apartment but I wouldn’t recommend any college students who attend any of the surrounding schools in the Xenia/Dayton area to stay in this complex. The complex is ran very poorly and the management is extremely money hungry. The complex looks really ran down and definitely needs some upgrades. The ...complex is also known for tents complaining of rodent problems in the winter. Which often times goes unnoticed by the property manager. There are other great apartments in the area.
