My apartment is literally the first 6 pictures. Ummm as you can see its outdated. The air doesn’t work, the toilet doesn’t work, all my neighbors have been complaining about plumbing. Other than that its very spacious (not the kitchen), that’s my only compliment. The old leasing lady Charlotte was horrible and rude, the new leasing people are good in my book because they mind their business but their not so good at maintaining the property. There are alot of apts in pine bluff, but none like Meadowbrook Apts Beautiful landscaping, It's gated, which I love, guiet, and very very well kept, so clean! It's close to my job, and the manager is awesome, so very professional and polite! I would recommend Meadowbrook Apts to anyone. I believe that great management and decent, hard-working people,that care about their property, is what makes a Meadowbrook Apts a wonderful place to live. I love my apartment!!!
