February 24, 2025Place is dirty, pool dirty, lot's of thefts and homeless living in store rooms, defecating and urinating in them and garbage attracting pest and vermin though out apartments !Property Manager Responded

No Upkeep of Property
March 7, 2024There is no upkeep of the property at all, the gym is gross and you can see dirt caked on the machines like they haven’t ever cleaned them, also the dog park area is gross, the tenants don’t pick up after themselves which I understand isn’t their fault but they should still have someone coming in to clean it on a weekly basis. Other small things like basic cleaning and landscaping doesn’t happen. The landlady isn’t the nicest either, and they seem forgetful about things they say they will do! ...It’s not a horrible place but not great!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2018These Apts aren’t worth what they are asking. I have been here almost 14 yrs, they put money into the astetics but nothing to help the tenants, the windows have been here since the place was built, single pane, get moldy, which they expect you to deal with and when the wind blows you can see your blinds move. The manager only comes out of her office to smoke or speak to a vendor “rarely “ anything else. And after all these yrs she has given me a 60 day notice for “Annoying” my neighbors and ...making excessive noise . I have spoke to many of my neighbors regarding this and they are “shocked “. March 11, 2017I've lived here for 9 or 10 years now, the appliances are outdated, the plumbing is bad, and the maintenance guy has no idea what he's doing. He busted a hole in our shower that was there for /3 years/ before he finally patched it. he tried fixing the bathroom faucets and broke them so you have to entirely turn them around to get the water running. I've had cockroaches and mice and small beetles and ants, and the manager is constantly smoking right outside of her office, which triggers my asthma ...when I'm walking by. The pool is closed for most of the year except for I believe 3 months, so it's practically useless. (and even then, it's closed most of the day anyways) The floor on the second story is creaky and slightly caved in places, and there's no central heat and air so the air conditioner wears out very quickly considering Californian summers. (the air conditioner wasn't even replaced by them even though it barely worked at all, it was replaced by a PG&E program.) There's also constant drug deals happening, I've seen at least 10 and I don't spend a lot of time around the apartments. The electrical is also bad, as two out of the three bedroom overhead lights don't turn on anymore, they just sometimes flicker then go out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015It a multy culture place with a lot of familys with kids and it like when a new family moved in they get to now the young kids around the apts when balls fly by and when it gets hot they have a pool that is filled with all the kids and they are haveing the time of there lifeReview from Apartments.com
