Our on-site management team will help you find a new way of living with your choice of our garden apartments and tri-level townhomes. At Meadowbrook Apartments and Townhomes, our goal is to assure a comfortable, quality living environment, where customer service is our number one priority. WE DON'T ACCEPT SECTION 8 HOUSING. Application fee is $50.00 per adult, $70.00/married. All applicants must be 21 years of age. Application fee paid by debit/credit card, money order or cashier’s check only, made payable to Goralnik Realty. Most recent paycheck stub or proof of employment is required. $25.00 for occupancy permit from the city of Overland is required prior to move-in. $40.00 inspection fee is required and due at time of move-in. MAINTENANCE/MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOOD.

I would not recommend moving here. The space is great, but when you have a problem in your unit, they take a while to fix it, or never fix it at all. Also, they have nasty attitudes when you ask to have something fixed or replaced in your unit. They simply don’t care!!! The units aren’t new or updated. Management like to tell you whatever you’re asking to be fixed isn’t an emergency when in fact it could be an emergency to you! I can’t wait to move.
