Not the worst but not the best

You get what you pay for in terms of quality of the apartment and willingness of management to help when you have a problem (yes I understand covid means slightly tighter rules) but no office hours past 5pm when many residents work until 5, and customer service skills are lacking from office staff when they call you while you are working and cannot answer your phone but when you call back when you are finally able how dare YOU inconvenience them.

The staff at Meadowood Apartments is the Seriously the Best. The Office Manager is so reasonable and Friendly her assistant is very nice and helpful as well. I love living here. The Maintenance Men are wonderful they always get to my work orders right away. I would give this place a thousand stars if I could. Wonderful place to live I would Recommend it to anyone.

I was lied to by the management 3 times about. I called about my application, they said they tried to call me and left messages. I asked what number they called, to told me the number and I said it was wrong. So first that I wrote my phone number on the application wrong, really, I don't know my own number. Second they told me the number they called and the said they left several messages, the number was a non-working number, so I'm not sure how they left any message. Third when I went there ...
they could not produce any phone number that they were calling me at and my application had been destroyed, so where did they did they get the number that I wrote down wrong.
Not a trustworthy group.

Management unprofessional and rude and doesn't answer the phone or call you back , nothing gets fixed utility bills SKY high our bill for December of this year $211.59 and it isn't even cold yet everything is electric our furnuce doesn't work properly, all around place to stay away from
