The staffs at Meadowood Apartment
September 27, 2021Last month at the end of August i was trying to log in my Essex resident portal and can not log in. So i contact the leasing office and asked for assist me. Shawnn the property manager try to help me. But, its took to long and the rent is due by Sept. So, Margareta (Shawn's assistance) help me and resolved the problem. Margareta was very patience and take time to help me. Meadowood apartment team was very professional and there for any help if there were any issue need to be help.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Quiet Community
February 1, 2020Been living here for 4 years going on five, and although parking can be challenging. The staff is great and always willing to help. The community is kept clean and seems like it’s always getting upgraded. Can honestly say I’ve enjoyed my time here and hope I can stay for a few more years to come!Review from Apartments.com
Great complex with no parking
May 6, 2018This apartment complex is great if your looking for a nice quiet place to live. My major problem with living here is there is never any parking here after 8PM. Good for those who can afford
October 8, 2015I've lived here in 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom. The apartment quality is average when compared to the rent amount they charge. However, the community is good and is maintained very well. July 30, 2015I've lived in meadowood apartments in simi valley for 2 years. The apartment is spacious for a 1 bedroom. The property is well maintained and appealing to the eye. Parking can be difficult, especially after 6pm. Each apartment is only assigned 1 parking spot. There sre two pools, both with spa, and a playground. There are dog waste containers and dog waste bags conveniently located throughout the complex. Lots of children here and neighbors are fairly friendly.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2015My apartment complex is clean, secure, and within walking distance to the mall, grocery store, and a few restaurants.
