The overall complex layout is great and the area is always kept clean. The units interior design is well kept and appliances don't feel outdated. The communication with the office staff is great. They always respond in a timely manner. Only inconvenience at times is parking if you don't pay for a spot but overall this place is great.

This complex is perfectly situated in east Vancouver with easy access to literally everything people need including the Evergreen school district. Our little strip mall on 136th and mill plain has a great mix of local businesses that we frequently shop at. Just a great place to live. Oh and there's lots of wildlife including bald eagles.

Jeff and DeAndre and Aimee are some of the nicest and most professional people I've met since moving in! The complex is clean, well lit, and quiet. I've only been here a week so far, but I'm very happy with my choice to move here.
