Overpriced for property
January 29, 2023Overpriced for what you get, which is really nothing. No amenities added such as pool, dog run, fitness area, computer room, laundry room. Most apartments have original features still from 2008, example the appliances and a/c unit that work poorly/have defaults that decrease productivity and efficiency but increases your utilities. Very basic apartment complex that is overpriced for the area and what they offer.Review from Apartments.com
Quiet and Clean
June 26, 2016This community is perfect for everyone. If you have children there are wide open spaces to play, if you have pets it's a lovely community to walk your pet. Me personally, I work from home and I don't know if the units are well insulated or children are on their best behavior but I don't hear even them playing. Management is top notch, truly such a pleasure to live here and we get to see the best sunsets!Review from Apartments.com
