March 14, 2019I went to look at the apartments there, but they were full. The lady Kellys was very kind enough to take my name and number if something should come available and showed me around. The grounds were very tidy and the gym was nice. Also, the apartments have high ceilings which is a plus. The floor plan was accommodating for my family. Let's keep our fingers crossed someone leaves, but I am not sure why they would. Thank you Kelly's for speaking with us today.Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2018I am now going to renew my lease for the third year. I am very happy here. Ben the maintains man is very good and comes right away to fix any problems and he has a good helper Logan his son. Kellys the manager is very good. The rent can be paid online. The apartments are nice. Everything is not cheap like most apartments. The bedrooms are a good size. The complaint I have is parking. Most time I get home from work early and I always get a space, my son may not because he works late. Kellys does ...not bother me and I don't bother. If I call her there is no delay and it gets done. The neighbors are quite, I can't hear any noise because the windows are hurricane impact windows. November 17, 2017Management, I must say I am very happy that I drove down Haverhill Road 15 months ago and I saw the Melrose advertisement sign and the well kept landscaping was the reason I stopped and got an application and the rest was history. I am very pleased and happy with my unit and services provided management. This by far one of the best residents, I've resided and offers excellent living space, upgrades and clean. Office manager Mrs. Kelly's, demonstrates a high level of professionalism, customer ...service, an awesome lobby with beverages and treats for residents. When it comes to maintenance Mr. Ben is professional and does an great job getting repairs done quickly, and you always see him busy doing something to make this complex stand out as a place you would like to make it your home. The pool area is my relaxation spot which is well kept and very clean. I will always recommend the Melrose to my family and friends. HAPPY AT HOME
August 12, 2015WOW!!! This is a Wonderful Apartment. Our management is the best. Our living space is very open with high ceilings and over sized rooms that gives the feeling of more space. When we re-signed our lease, we received an unexpected free carpet and A/C cleaning. Our Kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinet space, disposal and dishwasher and the apartment is well insulated so we hear not a sole. We also have an indoor washer/dryer.
