A huge invasion of privacy for over paying for a falling apart space.

The apartment i moved into was "renovated", the cabinets fell apart right away, and way too high for use without a high step stool. The ceiling was patched with Spackle slowly dropped chunks on the floor. The bathroom had mold and so did the dishwasher. The lease says the building contains lead, and the water is really hard. The police are on my hall once every couple of weeks for a domestic. Both my neighbors would scream at each other, and my downstairs neighbors would play music till 3 am ...
despite many noise complaints. The property manager came into my apartment one morning unannounced and they make almost monthly excuses to come into the apartments. The washing machines are expensive. A huge invasion of privacy for over paying for a falling apart space.
