well maintained
December 3, 2024My family hase lived here going on ten years ..the management has been probky the best ive seen for this sort of complex ...the place is newly renovated and always well maintained..the management has taken great strides to not only make this place a eye appealing place to live but a safe comfortable place to live ..you wont have to worry bout your place being broke into or your car cause they are on it ..its nice living in a place that the management team actually does what you should expect ...management to do ..you need it fixed they fix it you call telling them there is a suspicious non resident lurking around they are right there in thier face ..their tennants privacy safety and well being is certainly a priority to them ...and it shows ...management takes any problems or concerns you might have seriously and swiftly ..great extremely hard working people and they have certainly made Melrose court a great place to live ...if anyone has anything negative to say about this place or the managment they really need to look in the mirror and ask themselves really why ..all tenants are treated equally and fairly ..i cant say enough good things about this place and to be honest ..when the day comes that its time to move on it will be a sad one ...i love this place ...Property Manager Responded
