Completely Satisfied
January 20, 2026I am very satisfied with everything. The manager, Carlos Vasquez, gave me the best possible support to find what was perfect for me. He was always available, and my well-being was his top priority. He genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable and never put any stress or pressure on me to decide on the right room. He was a great help throughout the entire process, and I could rely on him completely. Everything is very beautiful, clean, and safe here. Terrible
April 16, 2023Dangerous no longer screening (multiple dangerous living conditions with no resolve) Constantly locked out due to faulty wifi and entry systems causing random people to walk in to the home at any given time Homes are no longer kept up with All downhill under new managementReview from Apartments.com
Terrible staff, NO PARKING
December 18, 2019If you have an issue, you need to file a ticket on their website and wait for a response, similar to customer service. Forget emergencies - you won’t reach someone in time. They are also located on the east coast - so good luck if you have an issue after 3pm PT. There is VERY LITTLE onsite parking, of which you will not get a spot due to demand. It’s also $150 per month. Do not sign - I regret it.Property Manager Responded
