Flawed window caulking

I was transferred to another unit….
I located two months later the problem, took photos of window that wasn’t caulked properly! Next door construction started and the debris came through like a paint sprayer! I was dismissed and slept in a recliner for six weeks. Furniture cleaning was refused by management. Now six month later I am having Allergy shots, twice weekly, these shots will be for the next 3-5 years! I’m dealing with headaches daily! I notified management two and a half months ago! VA ...
has replaced two CPAP machines, I checked the filters waking up and going to bed. Waking up the filter was black and it wasn’t the first time! I asked for HVAC to be cleaned along with furniture that was purchased and delivered to this complex! I am 64 years old and have lived in Vegas for over twenty years and never had Allergies or issues. My Pulmonologist agreed it’s me, I change the filter weekly, put clothes on leaving for a walk or drive for fresh air! I was ask to show proof, or candles or incense were burning! They need to breath this bad air
