Horrible
August 29, 2018The property manager is terrible. Do not live here. The lease is just a trap for him to nickel and dime you any chance he gets. NOT worth it for a old, smelly, outdated apartment. They refuse to fix the thousand things that go wrong in these old buildings and if you ask for maintenance they just come in whenever they please and do nothing. HORRIBLE!!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible to say the least
August 5, 2018Disgusting property, disgusting management, disgusting neighbors. Maintenance comes and goes as they please. I’ve been woken up to them in my apartment with the sun barely up. Roaches are an ongoing problem. The owner has an attitude anytime you talk to him, which you’ll be talking to him a lot with all the problems these apartments have. A/C constantly freezes up. Parking is a mess as many people can’t park in the lines. So many corners were cut to put these together. I understand they are cheap ...but there is no quality work in the entire building. I lost count of how many times police showed up because of drugs. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Just let themselves in...
June 7, 2016Didn't receive any notice they were 'spraying for bugs.' Came home and noticed that stuff was moved around in my boyfriend's apartment. Then found a notice that was tucked away and not obvious that they had come in for pest control. Roaches have been an issue for a while, but man, they should have to tell you at least a day before. I don't know what kind of chemicals they used. What if I was allergic? What if my cat had gotten into it, or gotten out when they were there?
