No one called me back or contacted me
November 20, 2023I made an appointment, arrived on time at the address, but no one met me, I waited 15 minutes and left there a week later, no one called me back or contacted me, it felt like this appointment didn’t exist at all. And Yes, i received confirmation of the appointment.Review from Apartments.com
Great apartment but parking is terrible
December 22, 2021Apartment itself is great but parking is bad. There are puddle of water in some areas in the parking even with light rain and will soak your shoes. Also, they turn on the side sprinkler and my car along with other cars have hard water stains. I paid $100 to get it off.Property Manager Responded

Solid Place.
September 23, 2015Been living here 3 months now and do not have much to complain about. Property manager is great and easily accessible for questions/problems. They keep the building very clean and the pool area is amazing. Tenants range from families to young couples. Quiet place as well. So far its been a great place. Parking sucks but that's LA for you. The apartment itself is beautiful with new floors and a great balcony. Central AC is an amazing plus as well.Review from Apartments.com
