About Meridian Place Apartments

Welcome home to Meridian Place Apartments. We're a beautiful community on the edge of the Northgate and Licton Springs community, a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Our beautiful one- and two-bedroom homes feature in-unit washer/dryer, all electric kitchen appliances, real wood-burning fireplace, great natural light, high-speed internet access, seasonal outdoor pool and year-round covered hot tub, and so, so much more! Locally owned and family operated for 35+ years, you'll be in great hands with our amazing on-site leasing staff and maintenance team. We're also supported by a 24-hour emergency maintenance service and nightly courtesy patrols. Controlled access parking is available, and each building has an intercom for secured entry. Moments away you can enjoy the shopping and dining of Northgate Mall and Plaza, learn to ice skate and play hockey or watch the Kraken's do it at the Kraken Community Iceplex, get your check-ups done at Northwest Hospital, or even take some classes at North Seattle College. Come see what makes Meridian Place, a place you can call home! Please contact the office for more information on an available unit. - Application: $19.75 per person over 18 years old - Holding Deposit: $300, paid after approval, credited at move-in - Security Deposit: 90% of one month's rent, i.e. rent equal to $2,000 will have deposit of $1,800 - Last Month's Rent: Based on results of application screening, may or may not be applicable. - Full rental criteria in photos and on our website *Security deposit is fully refundable pending final inspection and outstanding balance after move-out. *Security deposit can be paid in installments rather than paid in full at move-in.
