Not a smoke free property no air conditioning

This is not a smoke free property, I live here so I know. Every time I walk out my door I get a face full of smoke and then my apartment smells like smoke. Can’t use the balcony as people smoke on the balcony and smoke fills my balcony with smoke ,forget about opening the doors and windows to cool down in the summer just fills the house with smoke. Some people even smoke in there apartment. And since the property manager smokes , he never does anything about it so don’t bother complaining about ...

It is NOT a smoke free property They do not have air conditioning. Internet is not included. There is not business center or library. The playground is outdated and falling apart.
