Staff is super nice and the monthly events are great. However, if you move in I would not suggest anywhere on the 4th floor. The scent they have running in the clubhouse and common areas is pungent and not in a good way. Luckily I didn’t live on that floor but just going to the gym gave me a headache. Also the package room uses Luxer lockers but there are not nearly enough for everyone so most packages are just stacked on the floor with no organization in an unlocked mailroom.
