HORRIBLE APARTMENT
April 28, 2026If you’re looking for a luxury experience, this is not the place to rent. I strongly recommend considering other apartments. There have been ongoing issues with roach infestations, and the building has been dirty since I moved in. Maintenance problems are frequent, with things constantly breaking and not being properly addressed. There is also visible mold, and many of the amenities that were promised have not been provided. On top of that, management seems more focused on collecting money than ...resolving tenant concerns, and customer service has been consistently poor. Overall, it’s simply not worth it. Location is fine, but look elsewhere first
February 28, 2025Rent is reasonable for “luxury apartments”. Amenities are rarely updated or kept up with which results in them being closed for repairs for weeks or months due to some very avoidable maintenance. Management allows dangerous dogs to live in the building, it is only a matter of time before there is a serious incident. You cannot opt out of valet trash which is an extra charge, even if you live right next to the trash chute. There have been multiple incidents that I have personally experienced to ...include personal data breaches by the employees (this was by far the most egregious I have ever encountered in my years of apartment living all over the country), promised a negotiable rate of $600 additional per month to extend my lease 2 months, only to have them take that back and tell me that it is $800 extra per month, non negotiable, which prompted an early and chaotic move out situation. The property is nice, but if I could do it over again, I would have rented somewhere else. Dwindling amenities, but charging more for rent...Property Manager Responded

Dirty and unsafe
March 1, 2024I have lived here for 7 months and it is dirty and the gates are alway broken and left open. I feel unsafe. No one cleans up after their pets and urine in the elevators and other areas regularly. Hallways and elevators only get vacuumed and mopped once a week, if that. Coffee machine is never stocked and out of order regularly. The individual units are nice, but you can hear everything from neighbors. Overall, over priced for what you get.Property Manager Responded

disappointing:(
May 16, 2021feel like i got sold a lie management and building and property cleanliness leave much to be desired. pest control issues. dryer repair...the replacement dryer had the prior owners lint inside the filter and still won’t complete the cycle. positives — amenities, when clean. Kandi is very kind and willing to do whatever she can to help her residents. Maintenance team is wonderful but very overworked.Property Manager Responded

This place is a must see!
December 16, 2019This place is amazing. I’ve lived here for about 3 months now and I love everything about it. It feels like a 5 star hotel. There are even carts to carry things up to your apartment just like you see in a hotel. The amenities are top notch. So far my favorite is the gym. The staff is so nice and anytime I need anything they take care of it right away. If you’re thinking of living downtown MeridianAtThePort is a must see.Property Manager Responded
