I don’t recommend
February 5, 2026I lived here for 6 months before having to move out early. Unfortunately, the leasing office is extremely difficult, overbearing, and controlling. It’s also way overpriced. They charge you for everything, even when moving out. I’d recommend looking somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Poor communication
August 25, 2020I've lived here 3 years and am never able to get a hold of someone in the main office to address questions about random fees on my account. Each year after we renew at an agreed rate, they auto renew us on a higher month to month rate and it takes months of communication to reverse the fees. Front office doesn't notify when you receive packages so I've had perishable items go to waste on multiple occasions. Apartments for the price are not up to date. Rent increases by $200 or more every year. ...The maintenance staff has been the only positive aspect of my residence here.Property Manager Responded
