DO NOT RENT HERE
October 22, 2025DO NOT EVER RENT HERE!! - and if you do, be sure to have a doctor on speed dial. Between water damage, bubbling / cracking walls, MOLD, bugs, outdated appliances, insane high moisture, odd neighbors, sagging ceilings, leaking roof, MORE MOLD - it's completely unsafe to your health. I have lived here for maybe 3 months and am in the process of terminating my lease and finding a new place to live. Even though there is UNTREATED MOLD they're telling me to pay $3600 to leave these unsafe living ...conditions. I have lost so much energy, always feeling sick, and experiencing skin breakouts due to the mold and moisture but guess who has to PAY to leave these conditions! NOTHING ever properly gets fixed, NOTHING ever get's responded to via email, NOTHING is properly sealed in the apartment, NOTHING is "renovated" as they say, NOTHING is "inspected" before moving in as they tell you it is, NOTHING is safe. They Rent You Unsafe Units
October 19, 2025I have been living here for just under three months and it has been nothing but problems. The staff although charming are not actually that helpful. they are unable to do anything without corporate say so besides putting band-aids on bullet holes. Before even moving in I was missing closet doors, and parts of my refrigerator. I moved in to broken and protruding walls that I was told were fine, roaches which I was told they sprayed for before me moving in, my rugs wreaking of smoke and even a ...broken syringe hidden in my AC unit cabinet. Mold is hidden behind the wallpaper if you are lucky you can be ignorant about that, others are seeing it grow on their walls easily. The hot water heaters are so old and patched together that they shut on and off regularly and have leaks that cause you guessed it more mold and water damage. NO ONE RESPONDS in a reasonable amount of time. At first I thought that with being purchased by a new company maybe some thing would be fixed but MORGAN PROPERTIES is just as bad! they don't respond or care about their tenants health and safety. This entire apartment complex is making money off of peoples hardships by having them rent unsafe units unaware of the dangers. Then this results in tenants having to break their lease for safety issue but making them pay unfair amounts for what you have to endure. My neighbor was sleeping in her car or at a friends for while just because she kept passing out form the mold exposure and they wanted her to pay 2 months rent for only living there less then 3 months. BEWARE, this company makes money off you moving in, getting sick or feed up, breaking your lease for an unreasonable amount, and then repeating the process with the next person to move in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
