This apartment complex is an absolute disgrace. Nothing here is properly maintained, nothing is sanitary, and nothing is handled with even the bare minimum level of professionalism.When I moved in, the unit was filthy beyond belief. The carpets were soaked with years of cigarette smoke and grime — even after multiple shampooings and steam cleaning, the stench never left. The toilet seat was so old it had turned green. providing a livable space. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. The “renovated” unit they stuck me in after my unit flooded was a joke. The floors bubble from moisture, the walls crack, the paint peels, and the condensation is so bad the floors stay wet. The mildew smell is constant despite running a dehumidifier 24/7. This isn’t a renovation — it’s a cover-up. And then there’s the infestation. Not one pest. Not two. Cockroaches of every kind, mice running around, and slugs literally crawling out of the bathtub drain. That is not normal. That is not acceptable. That is a sign of deep structural rot and complete negligence.Maintenance closes out requests without doing the work. The leasing office doesn’t respond. Corporate took a full week to reply to a time-sensitive issue and didn’t even bother apologizing. They even tried to overcharge me for July.The property grounds are just as disgusting. Dog poop everywhere — you can’t walk through the common areas without stepping in it. The laundry room is filthy and unusable. I have to go somewhere else just to wash my clothes.And here’s the biggest red flag: A former neighbor had to sign a non-disclosure agreement just to escape her lease because the mold and mildew in her unit were making her and her pets sick. That tells you exactly what kind of operation this place is running.This complex is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely mismanaged. It fails at every basic standard of habitability. Do not move here. Do not risk your health. Do not let them trap you the way they’ve trapped others.
