About Merrilee Terrace Apartments
Merrilee Terrace is a 39 unit, two building property with a pool in the courtyard of our back building. Each of our buildings has a laundry room, bike room, recycling, composting and garbage. We are located adjacent to a public park ( Ventura) and community garden. We are a 15 minute bike ride to White Plaza at Stanford, bike or walk to neighborhood schools and VA hospital, California Avenue and Cal Train (1.3 miles). Just down the street we have a Starbucks, Happy Donuts, Market, Florist, Liquor Store, Walgreens, and a great variety of restaurants. We currently have no vacancies. Please let us know what size you are interested in and when you are trying to move and we will put you on our notification list for your time frame. Appointments can be requested for viewings Monday through Friday: Monday 11 am to 1:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday 11 am to 3:30 pm when we have available units. If you are interested in living at Merrilee Terrace, please email us with your move in date and any questions you have about the property. Please reference which size apartment you are inquiring about. If you are inquiring about scheduling a tour of the property, then please let us know the date and times that work for you to schedule and we will confirm our availability and give you more information about visiting us. October 8, 2023We really enjoyed our time at Merrillee Apartments. Our apartment was spacious, bright, with brand-new kitchen appliances and a nice balcony immersed in nature. We also enjoyed the free parking and bike room. The apartments are very well kept and the property managers are very helpful and always available. Safe neighborhood with lots of parks, close to the restaurants and shops of California Avenue, the Caltrain and very easy commute to Stanford. Hidden gem in Palo Alto
October 8, 2023We lived here for about two years; Anne and Dave, who manage the property are genuinely kind and were always willing to go the extra mile. While the apartments themselves are on the older side, Anne and Dave have worked tons to upgrade them. The apartment is excellent value given the location; I would often walk to cal-ave / caltrain station. It is a 10 min bike ride to Stanford! Whenever we needed assistance, they were just an email away, and any issues were promptly addressed. Multiple stays, always great
February 13, 2022Our family has lived at Merrilee Terrace Apartments in a 1 bedroom apartment near the pool, a 2 bedroom one bath, and a 3 bedroom 2 bath over 10+ years. In addition to being conveniently located in Palo Alto, near San Antonio Shopping center and 10min away from Los Altos, the property is in the Ventura neighborhood, which has events at the community center and you feel like a true part of the community. In addition, the property is very well managed. They are constantly doing upgrades to the ...common areas, they renovate apartments after tenants move out, and because the managers live on property, they can react quickly if there is any problem and fix it in no time. On top, they will even deliver your packages to your door if they see them left on top of the mailbox! We have loved living there while our kids went to great Palo Alto schools, have felt safe and cared for as tenant. Wonderful place, wonderful people
June 24, 2021I stayed for more than four years at Merrilee Terrace - it is a true sanctuary in the middle of one of the most busy places on earth. The apartments are in great condition, the neighbors are freindly, it's quiet and cosy, and, above all, Anne and David are always there for you. They really care about their community.
