August 23, 2022This is the third management company of 2022. They came in and raised the rent $150 to include utilities. Took 3 attempts to “fix my toilet” when in reality it’s the piping. The power went out for a day and they responded by adding a generator that they failed to charge in a timely manner leading to another power out. They allow drug dealers/prostitutes to live there. And when brought with photo and video proof they did nothing to change it. My air condition unit went out 12 days ago. I was ...ignored and had the police called on me for showing up at the office to get help. Strongly advise staying away from Fort Lowell Realty as a whole.
