Terrible management. Very unfriendly. Unkept amenities area. The gym is unclean. Dirty pool and spa. Homeless people wander the property. The parking facility always had limited access due to broken gates. The gate entry to property is always damaged and inaccessible. They do not take care of repairs in a timely manner. Peter the new property manager is extremely rude and disrespectful actually pretty disgusting and unfriendly. Not a place for children. It used to be a nice and comfortable place ...

to live a few years back. However the new management has ruined that experience. Don't waste your time. Save your money. Everything that shines isn't a diamond. I am looking forward to moving rather than renewing a lease. Believe the bad reviews because They’re real . Oh and the utility package isn’t based off of your personal usage u scratch ur neighbors back with that expense. And for the length of time it takes to approved to move . Future residents just use the time to weigh your options. Save yourself the headache. Oh and children aren’t welcome. It’s just the new culture of management I guess

This is a modern apartment building offering a lot of amenities for a reasonable price. The common areas: pool, dog park, clubhouse, gym and outdoor spaces are clean and attractive. The staff is very friendly and accessible. Near to City Hall, Library Downtown with lots of shopping and services close by Best value in the area.

These apartments are super nice and not to mention elegant....can't go wrong with these lovely apartments. It comes with a crystal clear pool and a nice hot tub for those relaxing nights with your love ones, also a huge gym for those gains you want to build with a variety of cardio machines and weight training. The city itself is nice and peaceful and really well taken care of, can go for walks down town and enjoy the sunny breeze while different types of stores and shops surround the area.

I've been here for a year now. Such an amazing place to live. Underground garage parking, beautiful landscaping. Swimming pool and club house with TV and pool table inside. Pretty nice gym. My apartment is so spacious and 18ft ceilings. The colony is the place to be!

The rate is great but the apartments haven't been as clean and up kept since the previous management company left. But the maintenance team here is awesome and efficient.
