We highly reccommend Metro Edgewater! The location is perfect, and everything is within a 15min walking distance. Plus, you're right by the water and can enjoy a walk along a boardwalk. The building itself is peaceful and clean, the amenities are new and well-kept, and the staff is exceptional and incredibly helpful. We truly enjoy living here!

So far everything looks great. The building, the community, i always find parking spots available without looking for it too much, the apartment is beautiful, and my life change 360 since moving here. So happy that i found my place.

So far, our experience at Metro Edgewater has been wonderful. We love the size of the building, the aesthetic, and the friendly community. There’s always ample parking, and the garage spaces are spacious enough that we never worry about our car being dinged. We also love the neighborhood and all the nearby amenities.

I’ve been living at The Metro Edgewater for over a year now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The apartment is gorgeous, the pool is always perfect, and it’s just such a peaceful place to come home to.
I recently had to transfer to a new unit, and the leasing team made it super easy. Kelsey has been especially amazing. She’s been helpful every step of the way, always quick to answer questions and really went out of her way to make the process smooth. I’ve had a great experience here and would ...
