December 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis place has turned into a homeless shelter and is not well kept. Management is unresponsive and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Avoid at all costs.
Bad Management, grounds not kept well.
February 7, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comManagement will jack up the rent unfairly, and eventually cheat you out of your security deposit by charging to repaint the entire unit despite no damages. Inside grounds (hallways/elevator/garbage room) is not kept clean frequently enough.
