    Everything has exceeded my expectation, except a resident upstairs that was making noise all throughout the night until 3 AM on Sunday 01/04/2026. I hope the office will take care of similar problems and earns the five star that it deserves.

    Cleanliness 10/10. Free coffee in the lobby has made my work days so much easier. The view of the pool/courtyard from my room is dreamy. The rooftop lounge gives Nicholas Sparks.

    I love living at metronome! It’s quiet, the amenities are luxe but still feel home and the staff is exceptional. It feels safe to live here as a female living alone. They host fun resident events and really make you feel cared for.

    The staff and facilities are great. The location is the best part of the place. Only negatives are the parking garage and some of the other residents. Both units i’ve been in have had neighbors that are loud past quiet hours. The parking deck will often have people smoking and speeding through almost hitting other cars.

    It’s a clean building and it’s nice to be somewhere walkable. The biggest issue I have is the parking garage. People taking up two spaces to park, speeding through, and limited spots.

    I've lived at Metronome for a few years now, since shortly after it first opened, and I love what it's grown into. The apartment management had a clear vision from the start, with a focus on engaging with residents and integrating with Mid City as a whole. They've worked hard on achieving that goal and it's been hugely successful, with nearly daily events and activities hosted by companies in Mid City or by Metronome itself, including yoga classes, bingo at The Camp, and even parties in the ...
    common areas. Mid City is still developing, which means there is some construction going on in the area, but it's been worth putting up with the noise for everything that it's brought. I was excited to see how Metronome and Mid City would grow a few years ago, and I'm even more excited today after seeing everything that's blossomed in the area.

    For me, it's all about the people and tech. Everyone associated with the Metronome has been amazing. They have a true concierge mentality that is welcoming, helpful and refreshing. Move in was a breeze. All the residents i've met have been friendly and helpful. Activities and events abound. There is such a great, livable energy here. There arr simple and easy apps for every aspect of daily life. Management has really thought of everything. Love it!!

    Living at Metronome in MidCity has been a pretty good experience overall. The location is hard to beat—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Orion Amphitheater. The apartments themselves are modern with nice finishes, and the amenities like the pool and rooftop lounge are great. Management and maintenance have generally been responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of everything happening in Huntsville.
