Average quality for the price I’d say?

5 year resident here!
April 14, 2023I first moved here when I was pregnant with my son and wanting to find a quiet and safe neighborhood to raise him. Best for the Price
April 6, 2023I am currently in the market for a new apartment. I have toured places all over the city but really want to be in the Fishers area. FISHERS IS EXPENSIVE! I want to find something that is affordable and fairly updated. I toured the metropolitan and was very impressed with the updated inside of the home and the price. The staff was very professional, and the tour was unmatched. I am still looking at options, but this was a great apartment, especially for the price.Property Manager Responded

Poor management
February 10, 2023Very poor management. Moved out and gave notice that we were moving out when they asked if we wanted to renew. Apartment was returned in great condition. They were even surprised at how clean the place was when we returned it. We were given a refund for the deposit below what we expected. Called to have it explained and they sent an itemized report. Seemed a bit unusual, but did not think it was worth looking to get more back from them. Received a call from collections stating that we owed. Did ...not receive a notice from them at any point that we owed anything. This was 8 months after moving out and getting part of the deposit back. Horrible Admin and Maintenance work
October 14, 2022Tore a hole in the ceiling on Thursday for a leak in their hvac that was reported by Wednesday @ 8am. Then a strong odor of urine began emerging from the hole, office then claimed no repairs could be made until Friday afternoon. FRIDAY @ 4 came and still no repairs. The Office now states it won’t be repaired until Monday. This is only the most recent of issues, and it’s only the 2nd month of the lease, lord help us. Would leave 0 stars if possible ….Property Manager Responded

Just ok
December 9, 2021If smelling what others are cooking and even hearing conversations bother you, don't move hear. I've lived hear for one and half months...my dryer wasn't working correctly because the vent needed to be cleaned out. After asking several times to have this done and being told it had I called a vent cleaning company to do it. 30 years of built up lint came out!!! but maintenance and the manager didn't believe me. Feels Safe
February 7, 2021I've lived here for almost a year now and I've had no major complaints. It's fairly quiet and right on Allisonville road. The only complaint I would have is that maintenance isn't very fast about fixing non-essential items (a handle of a cabinet fell off and has yet to be replaced, but you can open the cabinet, things like that). It's a little expensive for the quality, but the feeling of safety outweighs that for me. It's gate secured and well-lit at night.Review from Apartments.com
Decent apartment in Fishers!
April 24, 2020Good area, price is slightly high for what you get. Some apartments don’t have balcony’s! Doors aren’t made very well, ours are warped and the doors to the washer and dryer constantly come of the tracks and break. If you have dogs there are very few bag/trash stations. There is only one dumpster for trash. If you don’t live close to it, you have to drive to throw your trash away. I love the sunroom we have! The windows are extremely drafty though!
