Lots of maintenance issues, property unkept and disgusting! Half the amenities either don’t work, and or are run down. Staff is not very helpful and give excuses! Saftey is a huge issue. I’ve been billed for so many random charges/fees it’s ridiculous! 0/10 would never recommend!

The only real upsides are the location and price. Rent is below market for the area, but you truly get what you pay for. The property has gone downhill. Management is rarely available, ownership does not seem to get things done, and basic upkeep is ignored. The elevator has been broken for about a month, fences are falling down, doors are propped open with rocks, and work orders can take months. The hallways often smell like trash, dead animals, or fish, and vomit has been left for months. ...

Carpets need shampooing badly. Amenities are also neglected: the hot tub does not heat, pool grills and dog park lights have been broken for about 2.5 years, and the dog park is dirty, unsafe, and poorly stocked. Cedric, Yailyn, Elaina, and the new maintenance manager have been helpful, but overall cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and management are serious problems. The low rent reflects the condition of the property.

Since I started, the fencing issue you mentioned has been repaired, and the elevator that is currently down is actively being worked on by our elevator vendor. Mezzo Kirby is an okay place to live. The area is extremely convenient but the apartment could be much better. They don’t respond quickly, the elevator is broke every month, the gate will stop working every week and management barely does anything to bring the community together.

Not bad apartments to live in. The community is quiet and it’s a convenient area to live in. If I could change anything it would be a cleaner garage because there are so MANY spiders and spider webs all over the ceilings of the garage. Lastly, would be the cleanliness of the hallways could be improved. Residents leave their trash out all day or over the weekend which causes a lot of weird smells and stains on the hallway carpet.
