Building was a motel in the 1940's. No needed update to the building in YEARS. Power keeps going out and management refuses to spend the money to fix the problem. Toilet won't flush without the use of a plunger. I have broken windows and my front door has a 1 inch gap around it. All anyone has to do is just push on the door and it will open even when it locked.Young guys drag race up and down the street every night. There's a train that goes by and honks it's horn so loud it almost knocks my ...
