Worst apartments possible
August 8, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. The rent is super high for the small space. We have been complaining about a leak in our closet for over a month and it has not been fixed. They asked us to take out everything and it’s super inconvenient to have a messed up room and the leak still not getting fixed. It messed up our walls so bad we have mold. There’s also mold in the restrooms we have been complaining about as well and to no solution. It rains for 5 minutes tops and the sidewalk gets ...flooded making it impossible to leave. They tow your car for absolutely any dumb reason. I live here and somehow still got my car towed just because I was parked for more than a day in the visitors section because they won’t give me a sticker. June 3, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comLos apartamentos son muy sensibles y se sienten todo el tiempo Ruido si vives en el 1 piso o planta baja , hay mucha suciedad y botella de cerveza vacías en todos lados especialmente los fines de semana, cuando llueve se alaga todo y no hay Parqueo para 2 autos ! Me parece muy caro para las condiciones que está este lugar ! El Parqueo extra para parqueo está horrible muchas botellas de cerveza, basura y mucho olor a drogas !

April 25, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comWorst place to live in Houston. One day you might have water the next you wont they take forever to come fix any problem in you apt. Sometimes they cut the hot water, a/c or electricity. People are always loud at night they have months working on the outside of the property while the inside is falling apart. When it rains water might get into your place. They do not know how to fix leaks . Never change Your old Appliances for new ones. IT is a real NIGHTMARE living here.
