June 25, 2025Forever broken old windows they will not able to fix. You either keep them shut and forget about the fresh air or keep them opened and let rain pour into the apartment. If you try to manage it (open close) the entire frame will fall off on you. It’s dangerous. First day I moved in I asked ti do something with the windows, they are not holding opened position or hardly opening if they shut and I was told “the building is old okay!?” Besides that they ignore even a minor request I do literally ...once in a year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't move here
January 8, 2025The loveland community is very nice. But unfortunately this place is a dump. Many issues. Been here 15 months and can not wait for lease to end. Much nicer places to rent for the money.Review from Apartments.com
We have been happy here for over a year.
April 27, 2023My husband and myself moved here after the apt building we were living in burned down. Hallways are kept very clean. Our apt was very clean, with really no problems. Since we have been living here we have had no bug problems, no maintence problems that were not quickly addressed,no problems with neighbors or noise. The buildings and surrounding outdoor areas are well kept and attractive. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative: I can only assume those problems were resolved before ...we moved in. A Once Great Starter has Come to it's End
September 8, 2022I will never fully understand why after years of living here the quality of life continues to spiral downward. Between the communal dryer that was so loud it kept tenants up at night and enough water from broken pipes it would make the king of Atlantis feel cozy, these apartments went from being comfortably priced starters to cheap feeling shelters. The worst of it all is that when you try to get someone to repair these issues, it can take upwards to weeks without contact. And when you do finally ...get someone to come out, they'll put some plaster up and call it a day only for this limp bandage to inevitably crumble onto the floor while water soaks into furniture.
