I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved into Art Plaza, but it’s been nothing but positive. The building is well-maintained, the common areas are always clean, and I love the energy of the neighborhood. It really feels like home, and I’d choose it again without hesitation.

A nightmare

The worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in. Everyone in management is nice but extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and unorganized. There are no cameras or mirrors in the parking garage and several people have almost hit me. Hallways, floors and elevators are always really dirty. I’ve never seen a cleaning crew. Other tenants are loud and leave food and trash in the hallways, and I currently have a cockroach infestation. Do not move here!

The staff at this complex is extremely rude. I called to ask about availability and was told there was none. I asked if I could call back in the next couple of months to see if anything opened up and he told me there would be nothing. I then told him that their website said there was availability and he had an attitude and told me it was 7 months outdated. Do not inquire about apartments here. Staff is extremely rude, will give you attitude, and refuse to help you.

For months I've been super interested in this apartment building after living nearby and constantly driving by it. I've called almost every day, emailed, shown interest for units through multiple rental websites such as this one. Nothing. Now as my move-out date nears and I'm ready to visit and immediately apply, I finally get a reach of someone and they say absolutely nothing is available. If a prospective tenant can't even get a hold of your staff for the simplest of requests, you're doomed. ...
Please get new leasing staff. ASAP. And update your listings. This was an unbelievably frustrating experience.
