Out of order Galore!
June 4, 20257 Stories Building with 1 NON WORKING ELEVATOR, unless youre trying to get your daily steps of cardio walking up and down 7 flight of stairs WALK AWAY! almost 200 apartments and only 100 parking spots. tow trucks come by and pick cars up without stickers daily. after the first 6 months of the lease they increased the rent by $200+ . theres 1 guy for maintenance, hes great and an awesome guy, but hes just 1 dude. the office staff are never on this office, they stay on the office for the property ...next door. the ''GYM'' has never worked, almost 1 year living here and they have NEVER given ANYONE keys to use the GYM. the gym is just a decoration on their list of ammenities as its never actually opened for the residents. i would NOT recommend anyone to move here as this building is a pile of crap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Never called
November 20, 2024It's actually ridiculous how people have been waiting for these apartments for almost a year! No one from the leasing office has called. Even if the person wasn’t approved, they should have the decency to call the person to inform them. The workers for this company have no respect for others and especially zero customer service. No Transparency
July 9, 2024Leasing staff give little or no information over the phone or in person. Everything is very confusing. My daughter took time off from work to visit the leasing office and left with no information and no application. She is trying to find a place for me, her mom. It is sad to know how people in the service area are not really interested in helping others. They told us that there were no one bedroom apartments available and the website states they are available now. ?????Review from Apartments.com

June 14, 2024These apartments are for senior citizen but it’s not mention nowhere on the WEBSITE! I even called and the lady didn’t say it was a senior citizen place.
