I had multiple issues that went unresolved, until the new management (Mariah) came to this location. Mariah has always been kind, straightforward, and diligent with any issue I have had.     I have lived here for a few months now and I must say the new management is the best. They are super helpful and will openly communicate. Maintenance issues have been solved I. The blink of an eye and they really go above and beyond to help with anything. I couldn't be more thankful for the office and property manager, she really is the best!

    Mold & mice infestation! It has been a nightmare trying to deal with the problems we’ve had the last year and a half. The bottom floor apartments have heavy mold according to our neighbors who have even brought it to their attention and nothings been done. The middle and top floors all have reported mice infestations. We even called the health department who called the main office and were told that no formal complaints have been filed when we know 7 out of 12 units in our building have filed ...

    The maintenance man lies and says he is the property owner and manager. They took application fees and didn't even run my apps. I know that they didn't run them because they said I was denied but refused to tell me why. They are obligated to give you that information. Also, I was approved soon after by places that did more thorough background and reference checks. Also, people that I listed as references and past landlords, employers, etc maintain that they were never contacted. I suggest that ...

    Smoke free Are they serious People smoke in the halls all the time. Marijuana smoke is ridiculous. If you like the smell, this is the place for you. You smell it the minute you walk in the building, and it spreads through the apartments. Dishwasher Where, haven't found one in my apartment yet. The people they are letting move in here is making this place no better then downtown dayton, it's not safe. The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and saying, ...
