    • Management are great!

      I'm new in Tally and I found this place for the pet limit (I have 3 pets) I was skeptical for the fact I didn't a interview in person but the apartment is amazing! Very clean and the environment is quiet, neighbors are awesome and the management are always ready for any maintenence I need. I really recommend rent here actually if they have on sale I'd love to buy my apt, I love it.

    • Poor quality and service

      December 19, 2016
      I am a resident at Miccosukee Arms and provided inadequate service. The manager is never available to meet the needs of the tenants. Currently, I have been without heat/AC for four days. The manager is not answering his messages or returning any calls. This is the third time in a twelve month period I have had this issue. Obviously, it has not been sufficiently fixed. I am highly dissatisfied. For the well-being of yourself and family, please choose another apartment complex.

      I just moved in recently, and I can say that I was skeptical at first upon doing my research and reading past reviews that seemed negative. But after going to tour the apartments and meeting the management, I knew this would be the perfect place for me. They are very helpful and personable. They worked with me on getting in a unit and have made sure any request have been met. They even brought me a card and pot of flowers with a wishful "welcome home!" greeting. They've also since then, cleaned ...

    • DO NOT MOVE HERE

      DO NOT MOVE HERE! The convenience of the neighborhood is great but the place is old and the management is poor. There are bugs in some of the units and the manager tries to do his own pest control but fails. The management is money hungry and will try to stick you with fees. They are awful and do not care about their residents. They come across as nice people and we liked them at first but after about two weeks their true colors come out. They are horrible.
